- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days (depending on locality/outside major cities).

- Local Pick-up: Local pick-up is welcome if you reside or are in Cairns, Queensland. Grace Lillian Lee operates in the Cairns area and will be in touch upon order fulfillment to arrange pick-up at a time that best suits you.

International Shipping

- Shipping to selected international destinations is available during purchasing.

- Delivery Times: Typically range from 10-21 business days, depending on the destination.

Customs, VAT, Border Charges, and Duties: International orders may incur import duties and taxes on packages. As the customer, you will be responsible for payment of any duties, taxes, or additional costs that may apply in their country. If you are unsure or concerned, please contact your local depot or customs office for further information before placing your order.

If you can’t find an international shipping option to your country, please contact Grace Lillian Lee to arrange.

- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

- Order Confirmation: Customers will receive an email confirmation with order tracking details once the order is dispatched.

- Custom Packaging: Orders are packaged in premium, branded packaging to ensure the items arrive in perfect condition. If your item should arrive damaged, please contact Grace Lillian Lee at your earliest convenience so that this can be remedied. (Please also refer to the returns policy below).

- Tracking Information: Provided via email once the order is dispatched. Customers can track their orders through the courier's website.

Grace Lillian Lee collectibles are handmade and individually created. Due to the nature of this, each item is unique and may differ slightly from images online and/or other pieces.

Grace Lillian Lee does not return or refund orders for change of mind. Returns will only be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Customers who are approved for a return will be responsible for return postage costs. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached, unless otherwise discussed with Grace Lillian Lee.

In the rare case you have received an item with a defect please contact Grace Lillian Lee immediately. Please provide in your email, a description of the issue with 1-2 images showing the defect/fault. Grace Lillian Lee will be in contact as soon as possible to review and remedy the order if needed. Please allow the team 2-4 business days to get in touch.

If an item/s is deemed faulty/incorrect, return shipping costs will be covered by Grace Lillian Lee. Grace Lillian Lee is not liable for the loss or damage of item/s in transit.
